Shredding from £5 per bag or box
If your documents are in boxes, bags or a confidential waste bin on your own premises or in storage, we’ll come out to you in our mobile shredder and shred your documents on-site. Once the job is complete, we issue your Certificate of Destruction right there and then as your proof of destruction.
What’s more, we can also take all your old archive boxes and ensure they are recycled too, based on a minimum visit of £180 incl. VAT, which includes your first 30 boxes or sacks.

Collection from £66 incl. VAT
If you don’t mind your documents being destroyed off-site, then our collection and shredding service might be the perfect option for you. We collect your documents and bring them back to our high-security shredding warehouse in Hassocks, where they are shredded within one business day.
There’s no need to worry about the security of your documents. When we collect from you, we issue you your Certificate of Destruction to prove that we’ll safely and responsibly destroy your documents.
£66 incl. VAT includes your first 10 boxes or sacks within this price.
Environmentally friendly
Once we’ve shredded your documents, the paper is baled up and sent directly to the paper mills. By shredding with us, you’re also doing your bit for the environment, as 100% of all our paper is recycled!
To stay GDPR compliant, you should be using lockable on-site storage to store your confidential documents between shredding appointments. You can use confidential waste bins for the safe disposal of confidential documents, or we can provide you with either our secure 70L or 140L locking consoles to use throughout the service, free of charge.
If you don’t have space for on-site storage, we also provide heavy-duty 44L sacks and ties.
Even though you see your documents being destroyed, it’s important that you have an audit trail to protect your business. All regular customers will be protected under an annual Certificate of Destruction, and we’ll also provide time-stamped individual Waste Transfer Notes at every visit.
